Warm-up:
- Stretch/foam roll

- 10y Inch worms
- Side lunge down turf
- 10 x Shoulder plate raises
- 10 x strict press w/bar
Strength/Skill:
- 6 rounds: 2 x Push press + 1 x Split jerk
Metcon: 50/40/30/20/10
- Double Unders
- Sit-ups
- Complete 20 x Push ups after each set (including after 10!)
Additional Work:
- Power Clean: 7 x 3
