- 6 x plate push sprint up turf

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 5x5 (last week of back squat 5x5)

Metcon: 27/21/15/9

- Cal row

- Thrusters (95/65)

Additional Work:

- Snatch: find a 1RM!!

- Snatch Pull: 1 x floor 1 x hang (hold 2s pause at knee for both reps)
