Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll: hams/hips

- 20 x Toe-touch squats jumps

- 10 x SLOW good mornings w/barbell

3x as fast as possible

- 20 x double unders

- 6 x NPU burpees

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 5x5

Metcon: 10 Rounds

- 200m Row

- 10 x Burpees

Additional Work:

- Hang Snatch: find a heavy set of 3

- Snatch Pull (pause 2s at knee): 3x2, 5x1
