- 10 x Dumbbell Snatch (60/40)

- 15 x Toes-to-Bar

- 30 x Double Unders

Additional Strength Work:

- Front Squat: 5x2 w/pulse

- Snatch Chinese Pull + 2 x Hang Pulls: 8 Rounds
