Strength/Skill:
- Back Squat: 5x2 (build up to last successful attempt from previous week)
Metcon 1: 4m AMRAP
- 5 x Power Clean (165/110)
- 5 x Bar-Facing-Burpees
Rest 2m, Then
Metcon 2: 8m AMRAP
- 10 x Pistols
- 10 x V-ups
- 30 x Double Unders
Additional Strength Work:
- Snatch: 5x3 (build up to something heavy)
