Warm-up:

- Roll out hips/quads

- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- 10 x Samsons w/PVC Dowel

- 20 x Shoulder plate raises

- 7 Frames of Rowling as a group! (2 burpee penalty for each meter over/under)

Strength/Skill:

- 5x4 Push Press

- 10m on goal work (snatch/OH Squat if you're new to, or uncomfortable with these movements!)

Metcon: 8m AMRAP

- 2 x Power Snatch (135/95)

- 4 x OH Squat (135/95)

- 6 x HSPU

- 8 x Box Jumps (30/24)

- 10 x V-ups
