Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll (glutes/hams/quads)

- 2 x 30s Squat Therapy (get close to that wall!)

- 50 x REAL Mountain Climbers (25 per leg)

2x

- 10 x Glute Bridge

- 10 x Reverse hypers

- 2 x Shuttle sprint

Strength/Skill:

- 5x5 Back Squat (add weight from last week!)

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

- 200m Sprint

- 10 x KB Swings (70/53)

- 5 x R-leg Pistols

- 5 x L-Leg Pistols

- 30 x Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Snatch + 2 x Hang Snatch pull: 7 rounds

- Spend 10m working on muscle-up negatives
