- 10 yards Inch Worms

- 10 yards Duck Walk

- 30s Squat Therapy

- 10 x Barbell Good mornings

Then, for time!

- 30 x Double Unders

- 15 x Medball Squat Cleans

- 30 x Double Unders

Strength/Skill:

- Back squat: find a new 1-rep Max!!

Metcon: 8 Rounds

- 10 x KB Swings

- 10 x Burpees

Additional Work: Snatch Monday!

- Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Snatch Balance: work up to something heavy

- 7 x 2 Snatch Pulls
