Happy New Years Eve!
We'll be doing something a little different today.
"Linda" - 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 (complete each movement for the amount of reps in each round, before moving on to the next round!)
- Deadlift: 1.5 x bodyweight
- Bench Press: 1 x bodyweight
- Squat Clean: 0.75 x bodyweight
This is a barbell-only WOD, based on using percentages of your own body-weight for each lift. Feel free to hop in with a partner that's in the same ballpark if space is limited!
This workout is definitely more fun if approached as a regular gym day, but can be a real burner if completed rx'd for time.

The 5:30am on Friday will also be canceled.
