WOD: Tuesday 12/29/15

Warm-up:

- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- Pass-throughs + samsons

Then, 3x

- 10 x shoulder raises w/plates

- 10 x ring rows

- Lunge down turf

Strength/Skill:

- Strict Press: work up to a max set of 3

- Once max is established, continue with Push Press x3 for 4 more sets

Metcon: 10m Ladder (add 2 reps each round)

- 2 x DB Snatch (60/40)

- 2 x Toes-to-bar

- 2 x Wallballs (20/16)

Additional Strength Work:

- Hang Clean: work up to a max

- Front Squat: 5x4
