Warm-up:
- Stretch/foam roll
- 10 x Good mornings
Then, 2x
- 10 x full-squat box jumps
- 12 x toe-touch squats
- 15 x double unders
Strength/Skill:
- Back Squat: Work up to heavy set of 3! (were down to 3 reps now, so add weight!)
Metcon: 3x4m AMRAP (90s rest between)
- 8 x Thrusters (115)
- 8 x Burpees-over-bar
