- 10 – Mountain Climbers

- 9 – Toes-to-bar

- 8 – Lunges

- 7 – Burpees

- 6 – KB Snatch

- 5 – C2B Pull-ups

- 4 – Squat Clean

- 3 – HSPU

- 2 – Pistol

- 1 – Sled Push

Anyone wearing an ugly sweater will have 2 minutes

deducted from their time!
