Warm-up:
- Row 500m
- Spend 10-15m working on mobility
Metcon: Sled push x 8 (NOT FOR TIME!!)
Between each round complete the following:
- 2 x Legless Rope climb
- 15 x Sit-ups
- 20s Max Double Unders
Additional Strength Work:
- DB Bench Press: 6/6/4/4
- Superset 4x10 Ring-dips (add weight if necessary)
