Warm-up: Really focus on the warm-up today!

2x

- 10 x Face pulls + shoulder stretches w/bands (both arms)

- 10 x Shoulder plate raises

3x

- 10 x Push Ups

- 10 x Sit-ups

- 15 x Double Unders

Strength/Skill:

- Bench press: 8/8/6/6/4/4

Metcon: 3x (NOT FOR TIME!!!)

- 400m Run (mile pace)

- 20 x GHD sit-ups

- 20 x Ring Dips

Additional Strength Work:

- Front Squat: 5x3 w/5s descent and 3s pause

- Spend 15m on handstand walks or handstand progressions
