Partner A: 400m Run

Partner B: Complete complex, then of AMRAP Sit-ups till partner returns

  • 10 x Pull-ups

  • 15 x Box Jumps

  • 20 x KB Swings

  • then, AMRAP Sit-ups

When a team accumulates 300 sit-ups, both partners stop and lunge an entire parking lot lap together.
