Warm-up: 2x

  • Shoulder stretches w/bands

  • 10 x Shoulder Raises (use plates)

  • 10 x Ring Rows

  • Side Lunges Down Turf

  • 10 Yards Inch Worms

Strength/Skill: Superset movements

  • Strict Press: 5x5

  • Chin ups: 5 x failure

Then, 8m EMOM

  • Odd: 30s Push-ups

  • Even: 30s Ring/Bar rows

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

  • 10 x OH Walking Lunge

  • 15 x Box Jumps

  • 20 x Sit-ups

REMINDER: Yoga at 5PM!! Also, there will only be one class scheduled for tomorrow, at 7AM!
