Warm-up:

- Stretch/Foam Roll/Shoulder Stretches w/Bands

- Side Lunges down turf (switch each step)

3x

- 8 x GOOD Kip Swings (use this as practice that will carry over to your pull-ups/T2B)

- 8 x Push-ups

- 8 x Box Jump-overs

Strength/Skill: Superset Movements

- Push Press: 5x3 (Touch-and-go)

- Strict Chin-ups: 5 sets of max reps

Metcon: 4 Rnds - Intervals (1m on/30s off) - Rowing (meters)

- Push Press (75/55)

- Double Unders

- Sit-ups

Additional Strength Work:

- No-Contact Power Clean: 6x2

- Clean High-Pulls: 2x2 @ 100%, 2x2 @105%
