Then, 3 Rounds for time!

- 6 x Medball Squat clean

- 12 x Double Unders

- 8 x Sit-ups

Strength/Skill:

- Power cleans: Find a touch-and-go 3RM

Metcon: "Brittney" E2MO2M for 20m

- Row 12/10 cal

- 8 x Burpee over rower

Additional Strength Work:

- Push Jerk: work up to 2x3 @80%

- Overhead Squat: work up to a 3RM
