Warm-up:

- Inch worms down half turf/duck walk other half

- Side Lunge down turf (switch each step)

- Butt kickers down/high knees up turf

Then, 2 rounds

- 8 x No-push-up burpees

- 20 x single unders

Strength/Skill:

- Front Squat: 5x3 (5s descent + 2s pause at bottom)

Metcon: 20m AMRAP

- 200m Row

- 10 x Wallballs (20/16)

- 30 x Double Under

- 15 x V-ups

Additional Strength Programming:

- Power Clean + Power Jerk: 5x5 (work up to 70% of max c&j)
