Warm-up: 3 Rnds For time

- 6 x Medball squat clean

- 6 x Push-ups

- 12 x Double Unders

Strength/Skill:

- No-Contact Cleans: 6 x 2

Metcon: 7m AMRAP (Increase thrusters and burpees by 2 reps each round)

- 2 x Thruster (135/95)

- 2 x Burpees

Additional Strength Work:

- 3-Position Snatch: work up to 80%

- Back squat: 4x5 @75%
