WOD: Saturday 10/31/15
Happy Holloween!!!
Our Saturday Partner WOD this week will be Partner "Wolverine!"
6 Rounds for time:
- 10 x Clean and Jerks
- 20 x Pull-Ups
- 100 x Sit-ups
- 400m Run
Reps for the clean and jerks, pull-ups, and sit-ups may be partitioned, with each partner being resposible for half of the work. Each 400m run, however, must be completed together! Good luck, and let's get after it!
