- Foam roll/bands

Then, 2x

- 10 x Toe-touch + Squats

- 10 x Sit-ups

- Duck Walk

Then

- 100 x Singles

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: work up to 3x5 @75%

Metcon: 4 rounds

- 16 x Lunges

- 24 x Sit-ups

- 48 x Double Unders

Additional Strength Work:

- 3-Position Snatch (floor/below knee/above knee): work up to 4 sets at (70%)

- Snatch Pull + 2 x Hang Snatch Pull: 2 x 95% then 2 x 100%
