Saturday Partner WOD!
Warm-up: Partners each complete the A and B before moving on to next movement.
- Partner A: Butt-kickers up turf/high knees back
- Partner B: AMRAP Air Squats
- Partner A: Shuffle up/switch directions back
- Partner B: AMRAP No-Push-Up Burpees
- Partner A: Side Lunge up and back (switch legs each lunge)
- Partner B: AMRAP Sit-ups
Metcon: 20m (partners switch roles when A completes work)
- Partner A: 2 rounds of complex (4 pull-ups or ring rows, 8 push-ups, 12 squats)
- Partner B: Row as far as possible until partner B is finished
