- Back Squat: 5x5 (@75%)

- 10 x KB Swings

- 12 x KB Goblet Squats

- 12 x Hollow rocks

Additional Strength Work:

- No-contact snatch: 7x3 (work on that barpath!)

- 3x2 Legless rope climbs

- 3x10 reverse hypers (inside)
