Partner WOD Saturday Extravaganza!

WOD 1: complete as indivuals

For 10m: (increase all movements by 2 reps each following round)

- 3 x Wall balls

- 3 x Pull-ups

- 3 x No-push-up burpees

WOD 2: complete as partners

For 8m:

- 500m row (complete together)

- Use remaining time for AMRAP of thrusters (one partner works at a time)
