Warm-up: 1x

- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- Inch worms + duck walks down turf (switch half way)

- Side lunge down turf (switch half way)

- 500m Row (slow-moderate pace)

Strength/Skill: 4x

- 10 x Shoulder raises w/plates (palms forward)

- 8 x Standing good mornings (stay light!)

Metcon: 8x

- 60 yard sled drag (around waist, forward walk)
