Perform WOD as a chipper. Reps can be partitioned however team decides.

- 1000m Row

- 50 x Knees-to-Elbows

- 100 x Burpees

- 40 x KB Swings (70/53)

- 100 x Double Unders

- 30 x Handstand Push Ups

- Each must perform a 100m lunge while the other holds plank!
