  - Odd Minutes: 4-8 Strict Isometric Pull-ups (hold 5s at top)

  - Even Minutes: 30s Max Effort Push UpsPush ups

 

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

  - Cal Row (12/10)

  - 15 x Hollow Rocks

  - 12 x KB Swings (53/35)

  - 10 x No-push-up Burpees
