Strength/Skill:

  • 5 x 6 Back squat

Metcon: 5 rounds (30s rest between rounds)

  • 10 x KB Swing (70/53)

  • 20 x Wall Ball

  • Broad jumps (up turf AND back)

  • Rest 30s

Try not to break up the wall balls!

Cash-out: 2 rounds of 25 x hollow rocks and 25 x pikes

Strength Class:

  • 5 x 3 x hang clean (below the knee)

  • 4 x 8 x good morning

  • 4 x 20 x face pull
