Partner WOD!! -- Pick out a partner and give it hell!
Partner A: Complete 2 Rounds
- 8 x Pull-Ups
- 12 x Wall Balls
- 16 x Double Unders
Partner B: Row for meters
Partners switch roles when partner A finishes 2 rounds of complex.
As soon as your team reaches 3500 meters, both partners stop and run 400m together. Workout is finished when both team members return from 400m run!
