Strength/Skill: Spend a little extra time on mobility today! Roll out those quads and hips!

- Back squats: work up to 85% for 3

Metcon: 8 rounds

- 3 x back squat @75%

- 100m sprint (broad jumps if it rains)

- rest as much as needed between rounds

Strength Class: 5 rounds

- 6 x Dumbbell Bench Press

- 10 x Strict Handstand Push Ups

- 3 x 10 reverse hypers (inside)
