  • 3 x 4, 3 x 2 Hang Clean

  • 3 x 4, 3 x 2 Push Press

Metcon: Buy-in/cash-out included in timed workout!

Buy-in: 200 x Single Unders

Then, 5 rounds of

  • 8 x Hang clean

  • 24 x sit-up

Cash-out: 20 x burpees
