WOD: Thursday 8/13/15

Strength/Skill: 4 rounds

- 6 x right-arm dumbbell row

- 6 x left-arm dumbbell row

- Accummulate 30s L-sit

- 10 x band pulls and rotations

Metcon: 4 rounds (NOT FOR TIME!)

- 30s handstand hold

- 10 x glute bridge (use kb for weight)

- 10 x stiff leg romanian deadlift (overhand grip)

- 100 singles

Crew Team:

- Row 4 x 1k w/2m rest between each (first 2 must be withing 5s of your target 2k pace)
