WOD: Tuesday 8/11/15
- 6 Rounds: 2 x deadlift + 6 x high box jumps (reset between each jump)
- Work up to something heavy, but the goal is to really focus on these box jumps immediately after the deadlifts!
Metcon: Interval Rowing
- 10 rounds of 1m on/30s off for distance!
Dial in on that rowing form and try to maintain your intensity from round 1 all the way to round 10!
