WOD: Friday 8/7/15

Strength/Skill:

- Bulgarian Split Squats: 2 x 8 per leg then 2 x 6 per leg

- 1-arm KB farmer carry up and back on turf (switch arms when changing directions)

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

1: 3 Rounds

- 15 x Wall balls

- 15 x Box Jumps

2: Use remaining time for AMRAP

- 8 x C2B Pull-ups

- 10 x pistols

- 20 x Double unders

Strength Class:

- 8 x 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat

- 3 rounds of 10 x Reverse hypers (inside) + 20s L-sit
