  • Push Press: 3 x 3

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

  • 2 x Deficit Handstand Push-up (regular HSPU or wall walks)

  • 4 x Strict chin-up

  • 6 x SDHP (115/75)

  • 8 x No-push-up burpees

  • 10 x Hollow rocks
