  • 4 x parking lot sprint

Metcon: NOT FOR TIME!

  • 30 Unbroken Singles (do not exceed 100)

Then, 3 rounds (take as much rest between rounds as needed)

  • 10 x Pendlay Row (135/95)

  • Max Effort Diamond Push-Ups

Then, 3 rounds (take as much rest between rounds as needed)

  • 20 x Box jumps

  • Max Effort Strict Chin-Ups

Then,

  • 1 x Run around development
