  • 15/12 cal row

  • Use remaining time to rest

Strength Class:

  • 8 x 3 x Power clean from blocks (work up to 80%)

  • 4 x Clean Pull + Hang Clean Pull

  • 4 rounds of 1-2 x Legless rope climb (depending on skill level) + 30 x V-ups
