  • Hang Squat Cleans: 6 x 2

WOD: 10m AMRAP

  • 5 x Hang Squat Cleans

  • 10 x Burpees

  • 15 x Toes-to-bar

Strength Class:

- 6 x 3 Power Snatch

- Tempo Front Squats: 4 x 3 working sets (5s down, 3s up)

- 4 Rounds: 2 x Snatch-grip deadlift + 4 x High Box Jumps (reset after each rep)
