  - Even Minutes: 45s AMRAP Double unders

Then, 8m EMOM (no break between EMOMs)

  - Odd: 15s Static holds over bar

  - Even: 45s AMRAP Double Unders

 

Metcon: 3 rounds (Not for time)

  - 1 x 400m Run

  - 30 x Ring dips

  - 30 x Back extensions

  - 1 x Rope climb
