  • Back squats: work up to a heavy set of 5 (use last week’s numbers as a reference)

WOD: 4 Rounds

  • 10 x Front Rack Barbell Lunge (95/65)

  • 30 x Double Unders

Strength Class:

  • 5 x 2 Power Snatch from Blocks

  • Chinese Snatch Pull: 2 x 2 @ 105%, 2 x 2 @ 110%

  • 3 rounds of reverse hyper (inside upper level)
