WOD: Monday 6/22/15
- Back squats: Down to 6 reps this week! Use 5 or 6 sets to work up to a heavy set of 6 reps. Should be somewhere in the realm of 80-85% of 1RM (or 10-20lbs heavier than your set of 8 from last week). Time to start pushing that weight!

- Complete 20 x OH walking lunges (45/25) after each round of sit-ups
