Saturday Partner WODs!!

Partner A completes designated reps while partner B holds static position. Partners must complete 2 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next station.

- 2 rounds of 500m row while partner holds plank

- 2 rounds of 25 x Wall Balls while partner holds squat

- 2 rounds of 15 x KB swings and 10 x box jumps while partner hangs from bar

- 2 rounds of 30 x Double Unders while partner holds handstand

- Finish with 1 round of 20 x Push press while partner holds hollow body position
