Part 1: Switch roles when partner A completes complex!
- Partner A: 10 x Deadlift, 10 x Bar-Over-Burpees, 40 x Single Unders
- Partner B: Rows for meters
(When team reaches 3000/2500 meters, move on to next relay.)
Part 2: Switch roles when partner A completes complex!
- Partner A: Completes Sled push/farmer carry relay
- Partner B: AMRAP Wall Balls
Workout ends when team reaches 100 wall balls!
