Then, E2MO2M for 12m

  • Odd minutes - 2 x power clean (75%)

  • Even minutes - 4-6 C2B Pull-ups (strict if don’t have C2B)

WOD: 5 Rounds

  • 12 x KB swings

  • 10 x Burpees

  • 1 x Plate Carry
