WOD: Tuesday 6/2/15

A little gymnastics work on a Tuesday!

Strength/Skill:

  • Handstand skill work (wallwalks, 30s holds, box pushups, handstand walks, wherever you’re at)

  • Isometric Pull-up holds (complete 3-6 reps - hold chin over bar on last rep as long as possible)

WOD: 12m AMRAP

  • 15 x Ring dips

  • 10 x knees-to-elbows

  • 50 x Double unders
