Strength/Skill:

  • Front Squats: 5 x 4 (work up to 80%)

WOD: “Death by Thruster”

  • Perform work at the beginning of each minute.

  • Minute 1 = Complete 1 Thruster

  • Minute 2 = Complete 2

  • Minute 3 = Complete 3

  • Continue until unable to finish reps

Cash-out: 2 rounds of 15 x back extensions, 15 x reverse hypers, and 15 x GHD sit-ups
