Strength/Skill:

  • 4 rounds intervals (30s on/1m off): alternate between

  • max reps strict pull-ups

  • max reps push-ups

WOD:

  • 200 meter row

  • 30 x wallballs

  • 40 x mountain climbers

  • 50 x double unders

  • 40 x walking lunges

  • 30 x dumbbell snatch

  • 20 x burpees

Finish with parking lot medball carry
