  • Clean pull technique work (warm up clean pulls)

  • Clean pulls: 2 x 3 @95% and 2 x 3 @105% of clean max (pause at knee for 2s for last rep)

WOD: 12m

  • Row 1500m

Then, use remaining time for AMRAP

  • 8 x burpees

  • 10 x kb swings (70/53)

  • 20 x sit-ups
