WOD: Saturday 5/2/15

20 Minute Running Clock

WOD 1: Partner "DT"

Each partner must complete 5 rounds of the following complex:

- 12 x Deadlifts

- 9 x Hang Power Cleans

- 6 x Push Jerks

(Only one partner may work at a time.)

WOD 2: Begins immediately after WOD 1 is completed.

- Partner A: Run 400m

- Partner B: Complete AMRAP of:

- 6 x Toes-to-bar

- 10 x Push-ups

- 14 x Box jumps

Time to get friendly!
